Active Campaign LLC who provide us with email and marketing automation systems contacted us on March 14th, 2022 to inform us they were investigating suspicious activity on our account.
On March 15th, 2022, Active Campaign notified us that they believed there had been a security incident that may have resulted in an unauthorized third party accessing data processed by Active Campaign LLC on our behalf.
Further investigation is ongoing, and there is currently no evidence that Radix Tokens (Jersey) Limited or RDX Works Limited systems have been compromised. Notwithstanding this, we are presently conducting a system-wide security audit.
All affected users have been emailed to inform them that the security of personal data we hold about them may have been compromised.
You should immediately change all security passwords that use or are associated with data that may have been accessed.
It is recommended that you exercise heightened vigilance with your personal data security and be extra sensitive to any contact by e-mail, telephone, social media, or any other communication channel which uses or references any of the potentially compromised data to secure your trust.
We recommend that you use a password manager that enforces strong, unique passwords, always use 2-factor authentication
Neither Radix Tokens (Jersey) Limited nor RDX Works will ever ask you for your seed phrase or wallet passwords, and you should never reveal this information to any third party.
It is possible that users affected by this data incident may be at a higher risk of being targeted by fraudsters attempting to gather additional personal information through a technique known as phishing. It is important to remember that neither Radix Tokens (Jersey) Limited nor RDX Works will ever ask you for your seed phrase or wallet passwords, and you should never reveal this information to any third party.
Radix Tokens (Jersey) Limited takes our responsibility to safeguard user data very seriously, which is why we take multiple steps to minimize the risk of any data security breaches. There is no evidence that any Radix Tokens (Jersey) or RDX Works systems, applications, or data have been impacted or affected by this breach, but we are conducting a system-wide security review.
Access to our Active Campaign account is extremely limited. It is only accessible to staff who are required to use the account to send emails or manage the marketing automation.
We are continuing to work with Active Campaign to learn how the Active Campaign Security systems were penetrated.
We are reviewing all data security policies and security protocols with our service providers.
